Is this only for technology companies?
No. The Pod is designed for established businesses whose operation depends on software but that do not want to build a full internal software department. Common problems include disconnected vendor systems, custom integrations, database setups, data pipelines, agentic BI workflows, operational automation, support agents across Slack, email, and chat, internal knowledge bases, portals, and fragile internal applications.
What do we commit to in the first month?
After reviewing the workflow, systems, access, and technical risk, we agree on one defined mission with acceptance criteria and exclusions. We do not promise a fixed outcome before confirming feasibility.
Who do I actually work with?
One named senior technical lead. They scope the work, make trade-offs, review everything that ships, and remain accountable. You do not coordinate agents or specialists.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. Work happens in your repositories and cloud accounts wherever practical. The code, infrastructure, documentation, and agent configurations we produce belong to you. Your code and data are not used to train shared models.
How does the commercial model work?
Build and Care are fixed monthly engagements. The fee includes your named lead, supervised agent tooling and compute, and the specialist capacity agreed for that mode. Both are month to month, and pricing is confirmed after the initial Workflow Triage.
How is AI used safely?
Software agents work under the lead's direction inside agreed boundaries. A senior engineer reviews what ships. For regulated or sensitive work, the lead can pull in security and compliance expertise and define additional controls for the engagement.
What is not a good fit?
A Pod is not the right starting point for a full ERP replacement, several unrelated applications at once, a project without an accountable business owner, or a system requiring 24/7 operational support unless that support is separately designed.
